Continuing from part I, if you have not done so, create your own set of beliefs that will create certainty in you, and practice creating certainty in yourself: Realize that with every problem comes the solution. With every adversity, set back, heartache, etc. there is a seed of an equal or greater good. However, you must have the patience and faith to look for it. Refused to allow misery and disappointments and set backs to have the last word. Stop asking people to do for you what you (sometimes only you) can do for yourself.

Socrates said that “Learning is remembering.” That means the answer is already inside of you. All you need is within you now-just waiting to come out. Just step-up and have the faith and courage to look inside yourself and bring whatever it is that you truly desire into reality. The visible world was once invisible—inside of someone’s mind. If you are struggling to change, or you know you should be doing more, remember, the real you are inside waiting to be brought into reality just like the oak waits inside the acorn. Become one with your ideal and you will flourish; because, the backside can not stand still when the head is moving forward.
